AJ SCHLEGEL-FOUNDER

AJ Schlegel served nine years in the U.S. military, where he provided executive protection to senior members of the Department of Defense and foreign dignitaries across the United States, Europe, and Africa. Following his military service, he transitioned into the private sector, offering personal security for some of the most prominent figures in the music and entertainment industry—including Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day), Brandon Lake, Phil Wickham, Latto, Zach Bryan, Ella Langley, and Aaron Lewis (Staind). AJ has also supported numerous global music tours, major music festivals, political events, and the UFC with his security expertise.

MIKE FAELLO-CO FOUNDER

Mike Faello Got his start in security in the post-9/11 era when he helped launch and design the first traveling photo credentialing system used in the industry. Now, 24 years and countless tours later, Mike and his team have provided venue security services for some of the biggest stars in the music industry including multiple tours with Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, *NSYNC, Christina Aguilera, Kanye West, OneRepublic, Backstreet Boys, Deadmau5, GREEN DAY, SLAYER and more.
